Payroll Coordinator

Shift - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay - $25/hr - $30/hr.
Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Payroll Ambassador will serve onsite as a liaison between local facility staff and Payroll. This role will provide customer service through several channels of communication while utilizing enterprise software and applying policies to solve employees inquiries.
General tasks and responsibilities include:
Provide professional and quality customer service to employees through adherence to the departments scripts, and in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Resolved employee inquiries utilizing system tools, reports and policies and procedures
Identify and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up/ closure
Create and maintain Service Now tickets to ensure efficient handling and prompt response of escalated inquiries
Complete payroll and timekeeping related forms
Guide employees through troubleshooting and navigation assistance with ESS, Client and ERC webpages
Collaborate with all areas of Payroll and HR to resolved employee issues
Provide coverage for Payroll Shared Services Call Center
Participate in trainings and review of communications to stay updated on applicable software, policies and procedures
Participate in special projects and perform all other duties as assigned
Department Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of related customer service/payroll experience
Knowledge/experience in customer service delivery
Strong technology and computer skills
Proven experience in providing excellent service to customers
Payroll experience
Professional Competencies:
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work well under pressure due to volume and urgent nature of inquiries
Strong Functional/Technical skills
Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results
Strong research, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
Excellent written/oral communication
