Payrate: $17.50 - $23.00/ hr on w2

Job Summary:
- The PSR II serves as the primary patient-facing role, providing skilled blood draws and specimen preparation for lab testing.
- This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication to create trust and confidence with patients.
- The PSR II follows established procedures for clinical and forensic specimen collection, verifies patient information, and maintains detailed documentation.
- Work environments include doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality blood draws and specimen processing safely and accurately.
- Verify patient demographics and specimen labeling.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and multiple locations.
- Demonstrate leadership, confidentiality, and process excellence.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification required .
- 3+ years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if required.
