Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Location: Grand Rapids, MI - 49503
Initial Duration – 3 + Months ( High Possibilities of extension)
Shift: 9 AM to 9:30 PM & one weekend per four weeks.
Note: Local candidates accepted & stipend provided to travel candidates. MUST BE NBSTSA/NCCT certified

Note:
- Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility
- Other locations available in NJ.
- Local/Travel Contracts available in multiple departments in all states.
- Provides sterile instruments and supplies during surgical procedures.
- Performs surgical counts, prepares case tables, assists in positioning, engages with surgeons regarding instruments, actively participates in safety initiatives, and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two-plus (2+) years of applicable experience required.
- Able to work in: endoscopy, endoscopy reprocessing, robotics, OBGYN, ENT, orthopedics, urology, general surgery, podiatry, ophthalmology.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or HS diploma
- 4 years of experience in related field.
- Certified through the NBSTSA as a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) - preferred.
- Certified through the NCCT as a Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS-C) - preferred.
