Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Jacksonville, FL
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Duration: 4 Months
Job Overview:
Seeking a reliable, experienced Patient Services Representative I to perform blood draws, prepare specimens, and provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the face of the company, ensuring safe, accurate sample collection and supporting lab operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws (pediatric & geriatric), label, and prepare specimens.

Deliver high-quality, error-free work with minimal supervision.

Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.

Communicate procedures clearly to patients to ensure comfort and trust.
Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent (required).

Phlebotomy cert preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

6+ months experience (1+ year preferred).

Strong customer service and data entry skills.

Reliable personal transportation – no rideshare/bus.
-
Must live within 20–25 minutes of jobsite.

Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
