Our Fisher Healthcare division leads innovation in laboratory diagnostics and data-driven healthcare solutions. Were seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who is eager to learn, collaborate, and help drive commercial excellence through the power of data. This is a contract role with the potential to transition to a full-time position, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and career growth in a global industry leader.
What Youll Do
As a Sales Operations Analyst, youll play an essential role in supporting our commercial and leadership teams with high-quality data insights that drive smarter business decisions.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track sales performance, customer engagement, and pipeline metrics.
Integrate and manage data from systems such as Salesforce, SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint to ensure accurate and reliable analytics.
Support forecasting, territory management, and sales performance reporting with actionable insights.
Collaborate across sales, marketing, and finance to align data initiatives with business goals.
Help streamline data processes and improve reporting automation.
Present insights and trends in a clear, engaging way to influence decision-making across teams.
Who You Are
Youre detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about using data to solve business challenges. You enProduct building dashboards, finding trends in numbers, and helping others understand what the data means.
Youll do great in this role if you have:
A bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
12 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, or sales support (internship or project experience counts).
Proficiency in Power BI and DAX, with the ability to create compelling dashboards and visualizations.
Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and CRM data structures.
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and SharePoint for data analysis and integration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on continuous learning and problem-solving.
