Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst (Contract with Potential for Full-Time)
Job Location: Tewksbury, MA
Job Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
Payrate: $22 - $35/ hr. on w2

Job Summary:

  • As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our commercial and leadership teams with high-quality data insights that drive smarter business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track sales performance, customer engagement, and pipeline metrics.
  • Integrate and manage data from systems such as Salesforce, SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint to ensure accurate and reliable analytics.
  • Support forecasting, territory management, and sales performance reporting with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and finance to align data initiatives with business goals.
  • Help streamline data processes and improve reporting automation.
  • Present insights and trends in a clear, engaging way to influence decision-making across teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • Detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about using data to solve business challenges.
  • Enjoy building dashboards, finding trends in numbers, and helping others understand what the data means.

Required Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, or sales support (internship or project experience counts).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Power BI and DAX, with the ability to create compelling dashboards and visualizations.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and CRM data structures.
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and SharePoint for data analysis and integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on continuous learning and problem-solving.
