Job Title: Business Analysts / Technical Writers
Location: Jackson, MS (Hybrid)
Duration: 2 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Summary:
Client is seeking Business Analysts / Technical Writers to work closely with cross-functional teams including Delivery Leads, SME s, Data Management, IT and end-users to ensure that our case management system aligns with business requirements and is supported by clear, accurate documentation.

Duration: 2 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Summary:
Client is seeking Business Analysts / Technical Writers to work closely with cross-functional teams including Delivery Leads, SME s, Data Management, IT and end-users to ensure that our case management system aligns with business requirements and is supported by clear, accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with *** resources to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications
- Define business outcomes for case management use cases
- Develop high quality technical documentation identifying key workflows, use cases, user stories and functional specifications
- Publish step by step process instructions to achieve business objectives
- Define data requirements associated with clinical use cases
- Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring it aligns with system functionalities and user needs.
- Organize and structure documentation in a way that is easy to understand and navigate.
- Produce clear, user-friendly content that is accessible to a diverse audience, including end users, system administrators, and developers.
- Provide feedback on the CMS from a user perspective to help improve the usability of the system
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in analyzing, documenting, and implementing software solutions in a technical environment (5 Years)
- Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is preferred. (3 Years)
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and integration concepts (5 Years)
- Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and data analysis. (3 Year)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. (5 Years)
- Effective communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
