Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room
Location:North Adams, MA 01247
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 8-hour shifts | 40-hour guarantee
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $58/hr
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies during surgeries.

Assist the surgical team by anticipating needs and passing instruments during procedures.

Ensure proper equipment setup and patient positioning for procedures.

Perform endoscopy procedures 1–2 times per week – mandatory.

Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments.

Collaborate with nurses and surgeons for optimal patient care.

Float to nearby facility (Client) as required.

Precept new team members when needed.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
-
Minimum 3 years of recent CST experience – Required

NBSTSA Certification – Required
-
BLS Certification (AHA) – Required

Endoscopy Experience – Required
