Job Title: Validation Engineer
Location: Fremont, CA
Duration:12 Months+
Pay Range: $39.45/hr. on W2
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented temporary worker to join our team. The candi-date will assist with reviewing, approving, and archiving documents, as well as execute system evaluations for qualified equipment and write reports (facility, gasses, requalification, evaluation of movement of EQ etc.). Furthermore, execute qualification activities for minor equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, approve, and archive calibration and material documentation incl. logbooks.
• Execute the system evaluation for qualified equipment.
• Maintain the validated state of systems and equipment.
• Prepare and manage reports related to facilities, gases, requalification, and equipment movement.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support and execute qualification and requalification of simple equipment.
• CR and DV authoring
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with documentation management and archiving processes.
• Knowledge of system evaluation and equipment qualification procedures.
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed reports.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Root Course analyses
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated industry.
• Understanding of validation and requalification processes.
• Understanding of maintenance and calibration requirements
