Duration: 5 months Project (Possibility of Extension and conversion based upon performance)
Shift/Time Zone: Monday- Friday 8am- 4:45pm, Rotational Saturdays 8am-1230pm*/ PST
Pay Range: $22 - $27.20
Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) – Phlebotomy

As a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I), you are the face of our company, playing a vital role in patient care. Whether patients visit for routine checkups or critical health insights, you ensure they feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

• Collect high-quality blood samples from patients with precision and care.

• Prepare and process specimens for lab testing, following standard procedures.

• Create a welcoming and professional environment that fosters trust.

• Clearly explain procedures to patients, ensuring a smooth experience.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold accuracy in patient records.

• Demonstrate leadership, process excellence, and commitment to patient privacy.

• Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection with confidence.

• Keep accurate documentation and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric experience.

• Ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

• Independent worker with minimal supervision.

• Excellent customer service skills from healthcare, retail, or service environments.

• Proficiency in keyboarding and data entry.

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.

• Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, and WA).

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ years preferred).
