Data Analyst - Business Planning
Location: Irwindale, CA

Job description:
Become a Resource Management Business Planning, Senior Specialist at Client and build a better tomorrow. In this job, youll focus on forecasting and supporting the
workforce planning portfolio within the call center, performing risk assessments, and conducting
performance and trend analysis. Additionally, youll provide project support, develop, and analyze
strategic plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. As a Resource
Management Business Planning, Senior Specialist, your work will help power our planet, reduce

Responsibilities
Participate in capacity planning activities to assess future resource demands; assist in
analyzing historical data and growth projections to anticipate resource needs
Participates in discussions to resolve conflicts related to resource allocation; support
stakeholders in negotiating compromises and finding equitable solutions
Analyze resource utilization data to identify patterns and inefficiencies
Assist in identifying and managing risks related to resource availability and allocation; assists
in the development of contingency plans to address potential resource constraints
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather resource requirements and provide updates on
resource allocation; engage stakeholders in resource planning discussions and communicate
resource-related decisions
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its
physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private
customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of
highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity
Minimum Qualifications
Five or more years of experience performing resource management and/or business planning.
Preferred Qualifications
Three or more years of experience with strategic resource allocation and optimization.
Two or more years of experience collaborating with stakeholders and developing resource plans.
Two or more years of experience monitoring and tracking resource utilization.
Three or more years of experience analyzing resource utilization data for improvements and
recommendations.

Three or more years of experience and advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access
database, Power BI, and/or any workforce-related software.
Additional Information
This positions work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an Client facility for a set number
of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted,
employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work
mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business
needs.
