Communications Project Manager
Location: Minneapolis / St. Paul Remote. Source local to area in case of future onsite meetings if necessary. If no quality candidates in the area, the candidate can be fully remote but must work CST hours.

Our Filtration and Separation teams provide specialized filtration solutions across various sectors, including filters for bioprocessing, industrial applications, and membranes for OEM. By serving industries such as biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and commercial water applications, our technology empowers customers and colleagues to make an impact on public health and well-being.
Client Impactful Work:
Join as a Communications Project Manager in the Filtration & Separation Division to support integration efforts. This role will be approximately 50% customer communications and 50% supporting a collateral rebranding project.
A day in the Life:
Work with cross functional teams to communicate important integration messages to customers, following a pre-defined communications strategy
Collaborate with internal contacts to send out approved communications, and ensure communications go out on time
Effectively manage the communications strategy and workplan, including reaching out to responsible parties as needed
Work with internal marketing automation team to send out communications
Evaluate communications strategy and workplan throughout process and bring recommendations to key stakeholders, if needed
Reviewing rebranded collateral for accuracy and brand consistency
Manage and prioritize Workfront requests, ensuring alignment with timelines and business priorities
Monitor performance of communications (e.g., engagement metrics) and suggest optimizations
Maintain organized documentation of communications plans, approvals, and asset tracking
Create and update trackers, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders
Keys to Success:
Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail and project management skills. You will play an important role in communicating to customers as well as ensuring a collateral rebranding project stays on track and on budget. Experience working with Workfront will be very valuable.
Education
Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Experience
Minimum of Three (3) years of combined experience in Project Management and/or Communications
Strong project management skills
Internal, executive or customer communications
Experience with Adobe Workfront
Brand experience a plus
Project management and communications experience will be helpful
Experience working with brand or brand management will be helpful
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to work independently and take direction from key program leaders
Project and agency management, which requires strong skills in organization and time management
Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams
