High Level Project Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support the Distribution Asset Management team, with a primary focus on preventative maintenance programs, specifically the padmount transformer inspection program. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to grow their analytical, technical, and operational skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.
This position will involve reviewing inspection data, validating asset information, and ensuring accuracy across reports and systems. Over time, the successful candidate will take on more complex assignments and expand their knowledge of asset management processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate inspection reports for accuracy, ensuring alignment between reported data, photos, and asset records (e.g., verifying correct addresses, grid locations, and asset details)
Support the administration and tracking of preventative maintenance programs, including transformer inspection activities
Identify and resolve discrepancies in inspection reports by coordinating with field inspectors and internal stakeholders
Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous workflow
Assist in managing and updating data within SAP and related systems
Utilize tools such as Excel and Power BI to review, track, and report on maintenance program performance
Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with established processes and data quality standards
Provide general support across additional preventative maintenance programs as needed
The ideal candidate is:

Proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they impact timelines

2-3+ Hands on experience in a Business Process Analyst role
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency
Preferred Associates Degree in Business Analytics or Certification
