Project Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Description:
Client is seeking a Legal Associate for Real Estate document research including investigating historical rights such as mineral, timber, and other severed interests as well as conducting current title research, Mapping and surveying duties involve organizing, scanning, and digitizing historic surveys, and entering data into the Office of Real Property GIS system.
General administrative tasks include document preparation, drafting letters, managing project bids, and tracking invoices and payments.
Along with other duties as assigned.
The preferred candidate should have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of full-time increasingly responsible professional staff administrative experience.
Qualifying full-time increasingly responsible sub-professional, para-professional, or professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.
The ideal candidate must have experience with property title searches/real estate due diligence matters and research skills.
The preferred candidate must also possess skills in data entry, formal letter writing, records management processes, and other general administrative processes.
