Job Summary:
- This position will be joining a team of three with responsibilities for management and oversight of a portfolio which includes client accounts, trust fund accounts, and professorship accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as contact person for inquiries and resolving financial problems from management as well as principal investigators.
- Perform a full range of accounting work which includes responsibility for maintaining accounting records of considerable complexity.
- Reconcile monthly statements from university accounting systems.
- Generate reports for administrative managers and faculty.
- Analyze data for accuracy, problem-solving, and interpret regulations.
- Maintain a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Apply critical thinking skills.
- Utilize effective communication skills.
