Administrative Aide 2
Work Location: Irwindale, CA 91702
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Onsite required Mondays and Tuesdays
Work Schedule:
MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Education Requirement:
Associates Degree
Responsibilities:
This role provides comprehensive operational and administrative support across the Credit and Payment Services (CAPS) organization.

Support Desk Operations:
Provide support across all CAPS desks, including Active, Inactive, Risk, and AMP areas. Manage and respond to requests received via the Credit Notify Inbox and CAPS-related emails. -
Credit Administration Support:
Assist credit administrators with surety bonds, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), and Letters of Credit, ensuring accuracy and compliance. -
Financial Management:
Manage and track surety bonds, oversee credit checks, and maintain the bills box to support financial controls and documentation. -
Payment Reconciliation:
Investigate and resolve issues related to duplicate payments, ensuring proper reconciliation and resolution. -
Revenue Protection Support:
Collaborate with the Revenue Protection team, dedicating Tuesdays to related responsibilities and initiatives. -
Mailroom Duties:
Perform mailroom responsibilities during onsite days, primarily on Tuesdays. -
Departmental Support:
Provide ongoing and ad hoc support to all departments within the Credit and Payment Services organization as needed.
