Job Title: Senior Operational Excellence Specialist
Job Location: Cambridge, MA
Job Duration: 3- 4 Months
PayRate: $70.00- 80.00/ hr on W2

Job Summary:
  • To provide high quality project coordination and business administrative support to Client.
  • Serves as the project management support for ongoing activities within Medical Affairs teams and is the second line contact for the team regarding project tracking and reporting processes, meeting coordination and actions follow up, among other tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the end to end contracting process for all medical affairs teams.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure the tracking system across projects for Medical Affairs is up to date and accurate.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to align on project status, budget, meeting coordination, and actions follow-up to ensure timely receipt of deliverables.
  • Undertake a range of administrative tasks and other projects and activities as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the Medical Affairs team, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain a strong partnership with Medical Affairs colleagues and cross-functional partners at local and global level.
  • Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of client's U.S. staff.
Knowledge, abilities & experience Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Degree in life science preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1 years and a Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrated 1-2 years of experience in project management and/or operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Languages:
  • English.
Key Technical Competencies Required:
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Vendor management experience preferred.
