Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Location: St Louis, MO 
Job Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote - 100% on-site to start

Job Summary:

• This person will be the interface between the sales team, supply chain and customer service.
• This is a brand new opening.
• Hoping this role will relieve pressure on the sales team.

Duties:

• Working with Sales Managers and Field Sales Specialist to support allocation and escalation of supply needs for customers.
• Manage escalations, logistics issues, proactive planning.
• Working with Sales Support to help meet customer needs related to supply deliveries on time.
• Managing order book.

Education Required:

• BS preferred – open to experience level.

Experience Required:

• Supply Chain logistics.
• ERP SAP and/or Oracle knowledge.
• Working in a matrix and influencing partners outside direct organization.

Nice to Haves:

• Experiences working with our internal ISCO organization.
• Supply/order management.
• Logistics experience.
• Maybe retired employee looking to come back for short period of time.
