Job Title: Post Market Surveillance Specialist
Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $35 to $40/hr on W2
Role Overview:
The Post Market Surveillance Specialist will support complaint trending and resolution processes for medical devices. The role involves defining product families and problem codes, updating related documentation and systems, and improving quality while aligning with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and resolve complaint trending and analysis activities.
- Define product families, problem codes, and components to enhance complaint handling.
- Update quality documentation and systems impacting complaint data.
- Support and drive quality objectives independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering within the medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and global quality standards.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership with minimal oversight.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and data tools like Minitab.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and shifting priorities.
