We are hiring for a Lead Product Line Manager!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
  • The Lead Product Line Managers for our Expression Footwear teams will be responsible for the Color, Graphics and Materials of our Footwear and building a cohesive product line and model journeys.
  • These roles are responsible for supporting the vision for Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s footwear and so requires someone who can put themselves in the mindspace of all Runners and understand how to serve them, apply insights from them and empower the business for growth. You will work with a broader TRIAD team from across Design, Development and Engineering and closely partner with a Create PLM responsible for the creation of new models.
  • This role will lead by example in every aspect of the job and work with category team members to achieve business results related to revenue growth, profitability, pricing margins, and productivity. You will monitor progress aProductst objectives and adjust plans as needed, including hitting cost/margin on your projects and all aspects of product management to successfully deliver the line to market.
  • You would be accountable for financial results in the product line and demonstrate astute financial judgment in making key decisions.
  • You'll ensure the accuracy of information in internal product management systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence.
  • You will foster strong relationships with your peers across the entire Running team and partner closely with Merchandising and Brand to ensure integration and alignment on key initiatives, innovations, and product journeys.
  • As a key member of the Running Product Management team, you will serve as a proactive partner during critical checkpoints & planning moments.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising and Brand teammates to create industry leading Running shoes with compelling & impactful stories.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 years of product experience
  • Strong connection to Running from both the Sport and Cultural lens
  • Proven track record of displaying strong business acuity & strategic decision making
  • Phenomenal product eye
  • Strong style sensibility
  • Trend foresight
  • Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to tell compelling stories
  • Strategic thinking, product line management and franchise management experience, with ability to drive solid X-functional plans.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
  • Exceptional attention to details and deadlines
  • Strong organizational & influencing skills
  • Comments for Suppliers: Prior experience in women's high fashion, brands, retail, merchandising, or design, a huge plus
  • Looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit (e.g. someone who has launched their own brand)
