Job Title: Phlebotomist 
Available Locations: Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs & Cape Coral, FL
Duration: 5+ months (Possible Extension / Temp-to-Hire)
Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-3pm w/rotational Saturday 6am-10am 

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the primary point of contact for patients during routine health visits or critical health decisions. This role involves expertly collecting blood specimens and preparing them for lab testing, while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality. The PSR I demonstrates leadership, process excellence, and accuracy in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily tasks accurately and punctually under supervisor guidance.

• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.

• Collect forensic and clinical specimens confidently, following established protocols.

• Document and maintain accurate records and reports.

• Promote a positive image of the organization to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred.

• Customer service experience in retail or healthcare preferred.

• Proficient in keyboard and data entry tasks.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric blood draws.

• Ability to deliver accurate, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
