Position Job Title: Senior Operational Excellence Specialist
Division / Function: Medical Affairs / Medical Affairs Research
Manager (Name, Job Title): Senior Medical Excellence Project Manager, Team Lead
Location: Cambridge, MA
Summary / purpose of the position To provide high quality project coordination and business administrative support to North America Medical Affairs team. Serves as the project management support for ongoing activities within Medical Affairs teams and is the second line contact for the team regarding project tracking and reporting processes, meeting coordination and actions follow up, among other tasks. Main responsibilities / job expectations
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Support the end to end contracting process for all medical affairs teams.
Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure the tracking system across projects for Medical Affairs is up to date and accurate.
Coordinate with external vendors to align on project status, budget, meeting coordination, and actions follow-up to ensure timely receipt of deliverables.
Undertake a range of administrative tasks and other projects and activities as required.
Serve as a point of contact for the Medical Affairs team, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
Establish and maintain a strong partnership with Medical Affairs colleagues and cross-functional partners at local and global level.
Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of *** U.S. staff.
