Duration:12 Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)
Pay Range: $37.5/hr. on w2
Justification:
The Engineer II (MTS) supports late-stage and commercial drug product manufacturing within the Manufacturing Technical Services team. This role contributes to technology transfer, process validation, and continuous improvement to ensure robust manufacturing of client’s RNAi therapeutics.

Justification:
The Engineer II (MTS) supports late-stage and commercial drug product manufacturing within the Manufacturing Technical Services team. This role contributes to technology transfer, process validation, and continuous improvement to ensure robust manufacturing of client’s RNAi therapeutics.
Responsibilities:
- Support technology transfer, process scale-up, and optimization at CMOs.
- Assist with deviation assessments, change control documentation, CAPAs, and risk evaluations.
- Collect and analyze process data; prepare reports and summaries.
- Contribute to process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Author process control documents and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct lab experiments as needed to support development activities.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in a relevant science field; 2+ years of lab or GMP experience.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; JMP experience a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Travel between client’s sites (Cambridge and Norton) may be required.
- Must meet lab safety standards; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
