Phlebotomist II
Durartion: 4months
Location: Anderson SC
Shift: M-Th 8am-6:30pm
Position Summary:
The PSR II represents the face of the company to patients, providing high-quality phlebotomy services in a professional and compassionate manner. This role involves drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring accuracy and safety in all patient interactions. PSR IIs are expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, maintain confidentiality, and perform duties in line with company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily tasks accurately and on time under supervisor direction.

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Collect forensic and clinical specimens skillfully and per established protocols.

Verify patient demographics and signatures post-venipuncture to confirm labeling accuracy.

Maintain proper documentation and records.

Communicate clearly with patients, peers, and supervisors.

Promote a positive image of the company to patients, clients, and the public.
