Job Description:
  • Plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Assists system users with production support.
  • Plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems:
  • Evaluates user request for new or modified program.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • This position will be supporting a newly developed system related to grants and contract management.
  • Production support will be a responsibility along with testing of configuration changes. Training in the system will be provided.
  • Position will also be responsible for making administrative data entries into the system on behalf of system users.
  • Successful candidates will be a part of an existing team that is responsible for supporting legacy systems in the Family Services Division.
Skill Matrix:
  • 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst. Required
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Required
  • Demonstrated experience writing and executing test cases and accurately reporting findings. Required
  • Demonstrated experience eliciting, developing, and writing user stories/requirements. Required
