Job Description:
- Plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Assists system users with production support.
- Plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems:
- Evaluates user request for new or modified program.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- This position will be supporting a newly developed system related to grants and contract management.
- Production support will be a responsibility along with testing of configuration changes. Training in the system will be provided.
- Position will also be responsible for making administrative data entries into the system on behalf of system users.
- Successful candidates will be a part of an existing team that is responsible for supporting legacy systems in the Family Services Division.
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst. Required
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Required
- Demonstrated experience writing and executing test cases and accurately reporting findings. Required
- Demonstrated experience eliciting, developing, and writing user stories/requirements. Required
