This role supports both preventive and corrective activities, involving hands-on electrical testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal for candidates eager to build technical skills in a regulated, high-impact industry.

- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Validation Technician to perform testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment used in the nuclear industry. This role supports both preventive and corrective activities, involving hands-on electrical testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal for candidates eager to build technical skills in a regulated, high-impact industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical testing on components, printed circuits, assemblies, and systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electronic failures at the component level
- Document test plans, test procedures, and results clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with Engineering and Assembly teams to meet design and customer specifications
- Support installation and maintenance of customer equipment in the field
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0+ years of experience (Entry-Level; training will be provided)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong willingness to learn and follow technical instructions
- Associate degree in a technical discipline (Electrical, Electronics, or related)
- Exposure to electro-mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and troubleshoot electronic circuits
- Familiarity with ESD safety practices
- Personal experience building computers or hobby electronics (a plus)
