Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Specialist will support the PTO project execution (focused on rebranding) by collaborating with regional Network Planners to ensure uninterrupted inventory continuity on a global scale. This role requires a strong foundation in supply chain operations within complex organizational structures.

- Support rebranding-related supply chain execution activities.
- Ensure global inventory continuity in collaboration with network planners.
- Drive supply chain process improvements using lean/continuous improvement techniques.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with broad business impact.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across regions and departments.
- Monitor supply chain metrics impacting profitability, inventory turns, service levels, and controls.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years in a supply chain role involving logistics, warehousing, distribution, inventory planning, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems; experience with Rapid Response, JDE, or similar tools preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within a matrixed and global environment.
- Basic project management skills; experience leading projects across departments.
- Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-up discipline.
- Demonstrated financial awareness of supply chain impact on business metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience accepted.
