Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee annual hardware lifecycle projects, including desktop, laptop, rugged laptop, and multi-function device replacements.
• The ideal candidate will have a background in managing technology refresh projects, operating system upgrades, and coordinating large-scale deployments while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Lead and manage yearly hardware lifecycle replacement projects:
• Desktops and laptops
• Rugged laptops
• Multi-function printing devices
• Coordinate and track OS upgrade initiatives as needed.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage project financials, reporting, and scheduling inputs.
• Utilize Microsoft Project / Planner for project planning, monitoring, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Prepare and present regular status reports on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and security requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in hardware refresh and OS upgrade projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Planner, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• CSAM/CHAMP certification preferred but not required.

• Experience managing vendor relationships for hardware lifecycle replacements.
• Strong financial management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
