Project Manager II(HEDIS )
Job Title: Project Manager - HEDIS
Location: Work from Home
Duration : 6 Months
Position Summary
Responsible for fostering team collaboration and ensuring the success of the annual HEDIS project. Accountable for results and oversight of seasonal HEDIS staff.
Duties

Direct, administer, and manage the daily operations and activities of seasonal HEDIS colleagues.

Provide leadership, support, and guidance to HEDIS management.

Collaborate with leadership teams including managers, directors, and executive leadership as needed.

Support hiring, training, and coaching of seasonal colleagues, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Ensure timely tracking, accuracy, and completion of assigned tasks.

Support implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies.

Provide continuous feedback during the HEDIS Hybrid Project.

Maintain strong communication processes between leadership, managers, and colleagues to ensure timely information sharing.

Ensure seasonal colleagues receive appropriate training and compliance education.

Oversee scheduling and time tracking for seasonal staff.
Experience
-
5+ years of management or leadership experience in managed healthcare and/or quality management.

Solid knowledge of HEDIS, NCQA audits, and STAR Measures programs.

Proven track record in leadership within metrics-driven and deadline-driven environments.

Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills across multiple objectives.

Strong business acumen and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Education

Associate degree or equivalent experience.
