Duties:
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing, validating and analyzing financial information; preparing journal entries; maintaining fixed asset records; reconciling fixed asset and other general ledger account balances on a monthly basis; work closely with other departments to assist with fixed asset and other financial issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare fixed asset account reconciliations, investigating and clearing any reconciling items -Review fixed asset project and purchase requests for proper accounting treatment and compliance with SystemaTMs capital policy.
Work closely with departments in recognizing asset retirements timely -Provide support for internal and external audits -Assist in footnote preparation for quarterly/annual financial statements. -Perform other responsibilities or assignments as required. null
Education:
Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Education: Masters Degree preferred.
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience: -3 to 5 years in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
