Position: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Palm Springs, FL
Duration: 7 months
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST

Overview:
Seeking a reliable and skilled Phlebotomist (PSR I) to join a healthcare team in Palm Springs, FL. This role involves direct patient interaction, drawing quality blood samples, and preparing specimens for lab testing. Must provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection (including pediatric/geriatric patients)

• Prepare and process specimens according to procedures

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Communicate effectively with patients and staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6+ months of phlebotomy experience required (1+ year preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of Palm Springs, FL

• Reliable transportation required (rideshare not acceptable)

• Must be punctual and available for full shifts
