Title – Onboarding Coordinator- Indirect Service Channel
Duration: 4+ months contract (Possibility for extension)
Work Location – 100% remote
Work shift (days/times) – 1st Shift
This is 100% remote. Candidates can be in any US times zones.
Indirect Service Channel Onboarding Coordinator
Description: This role will facilitate the onboarding of global external service providers (indirect channel partners) onto Client’s standard processes and systems for medical device service. This is a short-term engagement to onboard the channel partners (~70) for one division.
Responsibilities Include:
• Become an expert on the standard processes for service transaction and records between channel partners and Client, including understanding of differences by region and/or channel partner.
• Processes include: customer records, service request, warranty claims, replacement parts, and parts return/repair.
• Plan and execute testing of all processes using the Channel Partner portal and ServiceMax (Salesforce), ensuring that output is correct, and any issues identified are recorded, reported, and resolved.
• Facilitate setup for channel partner users, including account creation (SSO), and setup in Channel Partner portal.
• Provide training/support to the Channel Partners on the usage of the portal and processes.
Skills required:
• At least 3 years of experience implementing, training, and/or supporting users of a CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
• Knowledge of B2B technical service processes, preferably for medical technology products. Processes
• Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide support and process training to users globally
• Experienced with system testing including developing test plans, test cases, and defect reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work across complex IT landscapes and business functions in global environments.
Duration: 4+ months contract (Possibility for extension)
