Certification/Degree Requirements:
• BLS (AHA Only)
• RRT
• RCP
Experience / Top Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• ICU experience required
• Epic experience preferred

Job Summary
The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides advanced cardiopulmonary care, including oxygen therapy, ventilation support, airway management, and emergency response, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer respiratory therapies (oxygen, aerosol, ventilators, airway clearance)
• Perform invasive & non-invasive ventilation management
• Respond to emergency situations including CPR
• Assess patient condition and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients on respiratory equipment and therapies
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient care
