Pay: $115k annum with benefits
Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial supply chain and distribution network, including contract manufacturing, raw material sourcing, packaging vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role ensures on-time product availability, compliance with regulatory and company standards, and proactive risk management throughout the supply chain lifecycle. Adherence to client's Compliance, Promotional, and Regulatory Guidelines is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies, including infrastructure, procedures, and budgets.
- Coordinate supply agreements to support new product launches and ongoing commercial supply.

Operational Oversight:
- Ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of trade and sample products to 3PL distributors and sales representatives.
- Monitor and maintain safety stock to prevent product stock-outs.

Risk Mitigation:
- Evaluate supply chain redundancy and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in case of incidents, recalls, or distribution failures.

Performance & Process Improvement:
- Set and monitor KPIs for distribution and logistics performance.
- Promote supply chain efficiency and ensure consistent service excellence to both internal and external customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Development, Quality, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in product development initiatives.
- Oversee global logistics, material movement, and packaging processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain and logistics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in pharmaceutical product supply chain and distribution systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing third-party manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
