Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned commodities from project initiation through closure.
- Facilitate meetings, define deliverables, and coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review complex project submittals (e.g., Rule 15) to support project managers.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and tracking data.
- Identify dependencies and schedule work orders with minimal oversight.
- Participate in customer, district tactical, and regional grid team meetings.
- Train and mentor project management support staff.
- Resolve project conflicts, delays, and issues through stakeholder collaboration.
- Conduct data integrity audits on tracking systems and reports.
- Maintain notes, records, and required documentation.
- Apply knowledge of client policies and procedures related to distribution/transmission line construction.
- Support project managers with meeting facilitation, document review, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of analytical experience working with data sets.
- Minimum 5 years of project coordination or project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; at least 2 years of experience with data manipulation and visualization tools (formulas, PowerBI, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of utility industry experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with database software (Access, SAP, or similar).
