Pay Rate: $65 – $73/hr (W2)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a facility renovation project, with responsibility for managing capital projects from initiation through execution. The role requires expertise in construction oversight, project documentation, contractor coordination, and schedule management. This position plays a key role in ensuring all renovation activities meet quality, cost, and regulatory standards while staying on schedule.

This position plays a key role in ensuring all renovation activities meet quality, cost, and regulatory standards while staying on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of facility renovation and capital projects, from planning to execution.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOW) and User Requirements for project scope definition.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor construction activities to meet quality, budget, and timeline targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensuring accountability on timelines and technical aspects.
- Maintain and track project schedules using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel.
- Oversee project documentation in narrative and drawing formats.
- Promote a collaborative, team-oriented approach to project delivery.
- High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities and/or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of facility renovations and construction best practices.
- Proficient in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors and execute tasks independently.
- Experience working in matrixed environments and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA guidelines, and purchasing processes.
- Must not be allergic to penicillin or cephalosporin drugs.
