Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Novato, CA
Duration: 3+ months

Pay Range: $22.90 - $28.30/hr. on W2

Shift: Day Shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
Rotating Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM (PST)

Job Summary:
The PSR I serves as the primary point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while performing blood collection and specimen processing. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to create a comfortable and trusting patient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric patients)
• Prepare and process specimens according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures
• Work independently while meeting daily productivity and quality goals

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 6+ months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)
• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, overtime as needed)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training
• Phlebotomy certification
