Position Title - Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location - Waterloo , IA
Duration - 12 Months
Description :
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with teams composed of diverse individuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in product design, development, or related functional area
• Experience applying engineering principles, theory and practice
• Experience in leading engineering projects, good project management
• 1 or more years' experience with diagnostic skills, root cause / failure analysis, and problem solving.
• 1 or more years' experience with diesel engine design and performance.
• 1 or more years' experience in computer aided design systems (Creo) creating 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Experience with GD&T
• Part release and workflow knowledge
• Good knowledge documentation and organizing skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with post processing data.
Will consider entry level graduates.
Degree in Engineering and/or Data Analytics (Will consider either or. We don't expect Data Analytics candidates to also have Engineering background).
