Job Description/About the role:
- We are seeking a Medical Education Associate who can make meaningful contributions to our team through the thoughtful support and execution of medical education training courses.
- In this role, you will be a partner in delivering effective, innovative, and scalable learning experiences that will enhance internal and external stakeholder experiences.
- You will be responsible for the creation and management of event registration webpages, the tactical development of program promotions, and overall attendee management.
- This includes working with a variety of stakeholders, including agency design partners, field sales representatives, and business leadership.
- This role reports to the Medical Education Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development.
- Creating and managing training and education registration webpages through CVENT.
- Developing and deploying materials promoting educational programs, leveraging agency/design partners as needed.
- Providing a high degree of customer service and responsiveness for internal stakeholders, including sales team and interested / registered HCPs.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of team templates, learning models, and overall best practices.
- Supporting stakeholder reviews of educational materials.
What we're looking for in you:
- 4+ years’ marketing communications experience, medical education event management experience, or project management experience (or 2+ years with Bachelor's degree in related field)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project plans and deliver on specific timelines. Detail oriented with strong follow-through.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Sense of urgency and a high customer service orientation.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-driven.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Aptitude for technical / digital platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CVENT event management platform, Mentimeter software, and
- Experience developing and managing meeting apps
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Graphic design experience
- Instructional design experience with knowledge of learning principles and methodologies:
- Record of building effective learning experiences in the format of simulations, game-based learning, job aids, video, and animation.
- Experience designing and developing training content and materials in a variety of modalities including, v/ILT, eLearning, video.
- Experience using authoring tools and video editing tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Camtasia, Captivate, and Vyond.
