Job Summary:
- Interprets physicians' prescriptions and compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines.
- Consults with customers regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions.
- Counsels’ customers and handles complex problem resolution.
- Requires a RPh license.
- This pharmacist will be onsite at the pharmacy overlooking work that is being done during remodeling construction.
- Ensuring no loss to pharmacy inventory or damages during this time.
- Must be alert and attentive.
- The pharmacy is being remodeled and renovated.
- This pharmacist will be on duty during the construction to oversee the workers / during the hours.
- Per CA law there must always be a pharmacist when there are others working in the pharmacy.
Education:
- Requires a RPh license. Requires CA pharmacist license.
- BS Pharm or PharmDComputer skills.
