Project Support Specialist
Job Summary:
This position will provide logistical and production-side support to the marketing group within the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) organization, servicing the commercial and industrial energy efficiency portfolio and assisting in the delivery of a complex multi-channel marketing plan.
Job Responsibilities:
Support production processes for a suite of B2B marketing assets, which could include paid media (i.e., banner ads, video, email, sponsored-content features, SEM), collateral (i.e., flyers, banners), case studies, website content, etc.
Partner with internal stakeholders representing multiple business units, including corporate communications, legal, program staff, etc.
Provide strategic marketing viewpoints and direction, participating in plan development and implementation activities.
Ad hoc marketing support projects, as assigned.
Job-Specific QualificationsRequired:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or a related field with professional history of three years in a marketing or related-industry environment. In lieu of Bachelors 7 years of experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail; ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral.
Demonstrated copyediting capabilities, with a background in upholding company brand and style standards.
Desired:
Familiarity with content production systems such as Wrike and monday.com.
Strong project management skills.
Experience coordinating work items and associated deliverables across multiple internal business units, as well as vendor relations.
Sufficient knowledge of energy efficiency and subsequent programmatic offerings/customer value propositions.
