Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Hamilton Township, NJ

New Jersey State Phlebotomist Certification Required.

Shift/Time Zone: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM || every 3rd Saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM at a nearby patient service center

Pay Range: $21/hr. on w2

Job Description:
The PSR I is responsible for drawing and preparing blood samples for lab testing, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality. They will interact directly with patients, explaining procedures and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining a professional environment, following established practices, and ensuring accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens.
• Maintain safe, professional, and confidential work practices.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks.
• Provide exceptional service to patients, clients, and team members.

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA).
• 6+ months of experience (1+ year preferred) and customer service experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Every 3rd Saturday, 8 AM - 12 PM.
