Job Description: Hybrid: MN- Arden Hills or Marlborough, MA
Job Purpose
Manage staffing, sourcing and process for Hourly, Clerical/Technical, and Exempt employees. Vendor Management of hiring process (in total) for direct labor staffing. Management of advertising and sourcing for Professional and Clerical/Technical employees. Active involvement with corporate Staffing Organization to ensure we are in compliance with and utilizing corporate programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management of Client Hiring Programs.
2. Leadership role in all hiring processes, and primary interface with corporate regarding hiring resources/programs.
3. Ensure *** is represented within the corporate Staffing Organization, and appropriately utilizing corporate programs, to include, but not be limited to, Vurv, TMP advertising, reference checking consistency, background investigations, etc.
4. Direct Labor Hiring
- Leadership in all aspects of the hiring process, to include appropriateness of hiring tools, processes, and programs
- Sourcing job fairs, advertising, postings
- Interviewing, testing and reference checking
- Offers
- EEO/Affirmative Action tracking/interface with HR as appropriate
- Specialty program management employee referral, summer employment program, sign on bonus
- Primary interface with manufacturing for hiring
- Processing of administrative paperwork as necessary
5. Clerical/Technical and Exempt Hiring
- Leadership in all aspects of the hiring process, to include appropriateness of hiring tools, processes, and programs
- Sourcing job fairs, advertising, postings
- Primary interface with recruiters as necessary
- Testing, reference checking and offers
- College and high school recruitment programs
- EEO/Affirmative Action tracking/interface with HR as appropriate
- Processing of administrative paperwork as necessary
6. Regulatory Manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements. This may consist of, but is not necessarily to limited to, Unemployment Insurance, Americans with Disabilities (ADA), Affirmative Action, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC), Environmental, Health and Safety including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Quality System Regulations (FDA), ISO 13485, MDD, PAL, CMDCAS, KFDA, other country specific Regulations as applicable.
7. May perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications
3 - 5 Years with BA 1 - 3 Years with MBA. Prefer Five years experience with staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional experience. Exposure to manufacturing environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact well with people at all levels in, and outside of, the organization. Decision making skills and problem solving abilities.
