Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: Torrance, CA
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm 

Covid Vaccination is Required.

Pay Range: $24.09 - $29.69/hr. on w2

Overview:
The PSR II serves as the face of our company, providing high-quality, compassionate care while collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens (including pediatric and geriatric) with accuracy and care

• Verify patient identity and labeling to ensure sample integrity

• Maintain a safe, professional, and confidential environment

• Accurately complete documentation and patient records

• Support multiple locations as needed, including travel with short notice

• Communicate clearly with patients, peers, and supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Phlebotomy certification (preferred; required in CA, NV, WA)

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections)

• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred

• Medical assistant or paramedic training a plus

• Strong data entry and multitasking skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if applicable
