Studio Experiences Product Manager, CBPM Ops Activation Studio
The CBPM Ops Studio (Digital Studio Operations) community is the foundation of the Apparel and Footwear product image creation and visualization process at ***.
As a Product Manager for Studio Experiences, you will work with teams across the organization developing innovative solutions.
You will hold discussions with key players on how product visualization for assets comes to life throughout the product creation life cycle.
You will partner with Technical Creatives within the Activation Ops Studio as well as *** Technical Partners to solve current complex matters while looking to improve user adoption, tool documentation, interoperability between tools, and work to define intake opportunities for new digital partner experiences.

Knowledge of 3D tools, standards and process flows, apparel & footwear creation processes, immersive standards and rendering pipelines is nice to have for this role.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Product Manager for Studio Experiences within the CBPM Activation Studio will help integrate established tool sets, onboard new users, grow tool adoption and identify opportunities for current tool improvement. This role focuses on the product vision and strategy, handling the end-to-end lifecycle of features, and help identify market opportunities. You will define and execute a roadmap and product priorities based on a deep understanding of customer needs, insights, and in-depth data analysis. You will attend, participate in, or conduct meetings between *** ops, studio teams, engineers, marketplace partners, and external partners.
Drive integration and adoption of the current digital asset visualization tool, ensuring seamless onboarding of new users and supporting tool optimization.
Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders and external partners to enhance product visualization methods throughout the product creation lifecycle.
Identify, communicate, and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in current visualization tool.
Partner closely with technical creatives, engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and scale best practices.
Coordinate and participate in cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration between *** Ops, studio teams, and external partners.
Lead documentation and training efforts to support consistent workflows and knowledge sharing across teams.
Research, strategize, and implement solutions to address tool gaps and improve connectivity.
Support individual and team workload management by communicating key calendar dates and ensuring timely delivery of key experiences.
Understand current team workflows and help research solutions for gaps or broken connection points.
Monitor communication channels (ie. Slack, Jira, etc) to track aProductst deliverables and deadlines.
Collaborate with teams and users on tool documentation and training.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This position is very cross-functional in nature - partnering directly with CPBM Studio Ops as well as the greater *** community, this includes other Product Managers, Merchandising, Engineers, Operations, and Senior Leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
Product Management experience in Footwear, Apparel or both.
Shown ability to develop effective product specifications, including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements.
Be great at execution drive teams to deliver what was promised with attention to detail; clearly define requirements, Product, user flows/diagrams.
Set clear/measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous learning is core to our identity.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves to win as a team.
Bias to action and progress over perfection mentality.
Ability to work in JIRA and Confluence.
Must Have:
2+ YOE in Project Management, can keep multiple teams on task and contribute to quarterly planning
1+ YOE in the Apparel or Footwear Industry. They will need some context for process flows and vocab. Interests, schooling, or professional experience are helpful - please make sure this is clear in their resume.
Ideally someone who is a self starter, innovative, and can provide insight or join the conversation on improvements.
Nice to Have:
Experience writing stories and epics
Knowledge or experience with Jira
Experience managing projects for an existing tool with external and internal partners, feature improvements, and feature mapping.
