Location : West Chester Twp, OH 45069
Duration : 3 Months
Schedule : 2nd shift - 5:30pm -2:00am Sunday - Thursday
Payrate : $57.14/ hr. on w2

Job Description:

• The Dispensing Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients.
• The Dispensing Pharmacist work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
• The Dispensing Pharmacist ensures adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques and a review process prior to shipping medications to patients. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

• Bachelors of Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Licensed as a PHARMACIST in state(s) of practice
• Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs
• Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group
• Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving
• Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with computers
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

• 3 or more years experience in a high volume community or mail order pharmacy practice environment
