Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Shift: General Shift
Location: Ward Hill, MA
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $30 to $34/hr on W2
Role Overview:
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately entering shipping and receiving data, performing general warehouse duties, and handling merchandise using manual and automated equipment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work with hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Nice to Have:
- Experience working with hazardous and non-hazardous materials preferred.
- Perform warehouse tasks such as stock arrangement and cycle counts.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment to load/unload trucks.
- Follow safety protocols to minimize downtime and material losses.
Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Enter shipping and receiving data into the system with accuracy.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) with attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks.
- Unpack, pack, and repack merchandise as required.
- Strong understanding of work instructions, SOPs, and alarm/light indicators.
