Job Duration: 4-5 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Payrate: $35/hr. on w2

Job Summary:

Brooklyn floater which means they will be used for coverage in the 3 Brooklyn hospitals but will train and be stationed in Client hospital in the Bronx when not covering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with payroll related inquiries which includes accuracy of payments, leave balance inquiries, forms, timekeeping system assistance and etc.
- Customer service and timekeeping/payroll background is required.
- Other assignments as necessary.
Required Skills:

Advanced communication and computer skills required.
Experience:
-
3 years of experience in timesheet preparation and reconciliation; payroll preparation; customer service with employees and relevant software skills.
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- College graduate preferred.
Schedule Hours Per Day: 8.00
Schedule Days Per Week: 5.00
