Validation Engineer I_US

• Job Title: Validation Engineer 

• Location: Boston, MA 02127 (100% Onsite at Braintree location)

• Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension)

• Shift: Monday – Friday

• Pay Rate: $54.38/hr.

This role supports validation and documentation activities for manufacturing and laboratory systems. Responsibilities include developing and executing validation protocols, analyzing testing results, managing deviations, and ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, GMP, etc.).

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

• Required Skills & Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience

  • Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, EPA, GMP, and ISO standards

  • Experience with equipment/process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Understanding of verification, validation, and CAPA processes

  • Comfortable working on documentation like URS, FRS, SDS, pFMEA, traceability matrices

• Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Exposure to Organizational Excellence or Lean/Six Sigma

  • Project management skills
